Information for the port of Milos

The port of Milos is named Adamantas (or Adamas) and is located in the middle of the island. There is also a smaller port in Pollonia from where boats depart to the island of Kimolos.

Information about Milos

Milos is one of the most popular islands in Greece and is mostly known for the famous statue of Venus de Milo, which is now exhibited in the Museum of Louvre.

Milos’s beaches are very special due to the crystal clear waters and the rocky, lunar landscapes. Sarakiniko and Papafragos where you will find rocky caves to explore, are some of the beaches absolutely worth visiting.

Plaka, the capital of the island is very colorful with Cycladic architecture and many paved, picturesque alleys.
